Defines "autocycle" as a three-wheeled motor vehicle that is completely enclosed with a roll cage, automotive controls, airbags, and seat belts.

Exempts autocycles from the requirement to obtain a motorcycle endorsement on a driver's license.

Requires occupants of autocycles to wear properly fastened seat belts, and exempts autocycles from motorcycle helmet requirements.

Includes autocycles under Mississippi's motor vehicle safety responsibility law, motor vehicle commission law, and motor vehicle warranty enforcement act.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
