Creates the "Limited Lines Travel Insurance Act" establishing a licensing framework for selling travel insurance covering trip cancellation/interruption, lost baggage, rental vehicle damage, and sickness/accident/death during travel

Authorizes travel retailers (travel agencies and similar businesses) to offer and sell travel insurance under a limited lines travel insurance producer license without obtaining a full insurance producer license

Requires limited lines travel insurance producers to maintain a registry of travel retailers selling insurance on their behalf and submit it to the Department of Insurance upon request

Mandates that travel retailers provide customers with written disclosures including insurer contact information, claims filing process, and a statement that purchasing travel insurance is not required to buy other travel services

Exempts limited lines travel insurance producers and registered travel retailers from insurance examination and continuing education requirements, effective January 1, 2016
