Amends Section 25-7-27, Mississippi Code of 1972, to allow constables to receive the uniform $35.00 fee for civil and criminal cases when a defendant cannot be found after two documented actual attempts to serve process.

Changes the fee requirement from successful service to two documented actual attempts to serve, provided the complaining party furnished erroneous information about the defendant's location.

Specifies that the uniform fee for attempted service is unearned absent two documented actual attempts to serve the process.

Maintains the existing $15.00 additional fee when a defendant is served in a different county than where the suit was filed.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
