Amends Section 75-57-101 of the Mississippi Code to authorize State Liquefied Compressed Gas Board members to receive per diem compensation and travel expense reimbursement for attending board meetings.

Board members receive per diem according to Section 25-3-69 and travel expenses as provided in Section 25-3-41(1).

Board members are limited to compensation for no more than twelve (12) meetings per year held at a site within the state selected by the board.

A board member may be removed by the Commissioner of Insurance if they fail to attend three (3) consecutive called meetings.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
