Amends Section 85-7-251 of Mississippi Code to prohibit towing companies from charging more for vehicles towed at law enforcement direction than they charge regular customers who request towing directly.

Applies the equal pricing requirement to all law enforcement towing scenarios, including impoundments for violations and other reasons.

Clarifies that failure to comply with notification and good faith effort requirements precludes charging towing and storage fees, including for law enforcement-directed tows.

Maintains existing procedures for vehicle owner notification by registered mail, redemption periods, and public auction sales of unclaimed vehicles.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
