Amends Section 33-4-1 of the Mississippi Code to expand eligibility for the Mississippi Military Family Relief Fund to all Mississippi National Guard members regardless of mobilization status.

Removes the requirement that National Guard members must be "mobilized and deployed under Title 10 USC active duty service" or residing in a Presidential Declared Disaster area to qualify for financial hardship grants.

Maintains the fund as a separate account in the State Treasury, administered by the Military Department with recommendations from the Adjutant General.

Requires the Adjutant General to establish eligibility requirements and grant amounts by rule.

Effective July 1, 2015.
