Requires law enforcement agencies, justice court judges, and circuit judges to report student arrests to school superintendents or educational institution presidents/chancellors within one week of arrest, dismissal, conviction, or acquittal.

Mandates the State Superintendent of Education to annually collect and compile all arrest reports and disaggregate data by race, ethnicity, gender, school, offense, and law enforcement agency involved.

Requires the State Superintendent of Education to submit an annual report to the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, and Joint PEER Committee by January 1 each year regarding student arrests on educational property or during school-related activities.

Defines "unlawful activity" requiring reporting as nine specific offenses including weapons possession, controlled substances, assault, rape, sexual battery, murder, kidnapping, and child molestation.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
