Replaces Mississippi's existing Uniform Interstate Family Support Act (1997 version) with an updated version effective July 1, 2015.

Establishes comprehensive framework for interstate and international child support proceedings, including jurisdiction bases, enforcement procedures, and recognition of foreign support orders.

Allows tribunals to establish, enforce, and modify support orders across state lines and foreign countries; permits income withholding orders from other states to be enforced without prior registration.

Provides procedures for registering support orders from other states or foreign countries for enforcement, with parties having limited time to contest validity before orders are automatically confirmed.

Creates special provisions for Convention on International Recovery of Child Support cases, including direct request procedures and enhanced protections for foreign support agreements and orders.
