Extends the repeal date of Section 47-7-49, Mississippi Code of 1972 from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2018, allowing the Mississippi Department of Corrections to continue collecting monthly supervision fees from offenders.

Requires offenders on probation, parole, earned-release supervision, post-release supervision, earned probation, or other field supervision to pay $55.00 per month unless a hardship waiver is granted.

Allocates collected fees as follows: $50.00 to the Community Service Revolving Fund for restitution centers and drug identification programs; $3.00 to the Crime Victims' Compensation Fund; and $2.00 to the Training Revolving Fund.

Limits offenders' payment obligations to a maximum of 10 years and allows hardship waivers not to exceed 90 days, with waivers granted by sentencing courts or the Department of Corrections.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
