Amends Section 37-11-29 to require school employees to report unlawful activity occurring on educational property or during school-related activities to the superintendent or designee, who must then notify law enforcement.

Defines "unlawful activity" to include possession or use of deadly weapons, controlled substances, aggravated assault, simple assault on school employees, rape, sexual battery, murder, kidnapping, and lewd touching of children.

Clarifies that mandatory reporters cannot delegate their reporting responsibility and must personally report child abuse, child sexual abuse, child neglect, and sex crimes against minors under Sections 43-21-353 and 97-5-51, in addition to reporting to the school.

Requires law enforcement to immediately dispatch an officer to the school upon notification and authorizes arrest if probable cause exists.

Provides immunity from civil liability for school personnel acting in good faith when making required reports.
