Amends Section 33-15-19 to clarify that the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians can participate in the Statewide Mutual Aid Compact (SMAC) and develop mutual aid agreements with political subdivisions of the state for emergency assistance.

Removes language excluding the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians from liability protections and employee benefits related to mutual aid agreements under Section 33-15-19(c).

Amends Section 33-15-14 to authorize the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency to ascertain emergency equipment and supply requirements for the state, its political subdivisions, and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians.

Adds new authority for the Mississippi Emergency Management Agency to sponsor and develop mutual aid plans and agreements between state political subdivisions and the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians, similar to interstate mutual aid arrangements.
