Amends Section 85-7-433 of Mississippi Code to revise the "Notice of Contest of Lien" form to clarify timing requirements for filing and enforcement actions.

Changes the timeframe for commencing a payment action to enforce a lien from 60 days to 90 days from receipt of the notice of contest.

Requires filing of a lis pendens notice with the chancery clerk upon commencement of a payment action, with copies provided to the lien claimant, owner, and contractor.

Clarifies that a lien will expire and become void if the lien claimant fails to both commence a payment action within 90 days of receiving the notice and file the required lis pendens notice.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
