Requires all youth courts in Mississippi to utilize the Mississippi Youth Court Information Delivery System (MYCIDS) for case tracking and information management.

Mandates each youth court have an intake officer responsible for accurate and timely entry of all intake and case information into MYCIDS for Division of Youth Services, truancy matters, and Division of Family and Children's Services.

Directs Administrative Office of Courts grants to youth courts be used to provide compensation for intake officers, with exceptions if courts already have staff performing these functions.

Makes youth court judges and referees responsible for ensuring intake officers properly carry out data entry responsibilities into MYCIDS.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
