Property consists of two tracts of land in Lot 27 and Lot 28 of the H.C. Daniels Map of 1875 in West Jackson, Hinds County

State originally acquired the property in 2004 through actions by the State Bond Commission, Department of Finance and Administration, and Mississippi Public Procurement Board

Effective date is July 1, 2015
