Allows employees and authorized agents of limited license rental car companies to receive compensation (commissions, bonuses, other consideration) for insurance activities that is incidental to their overall compensation without requiring individual licensing.

Permits rental car company employees and agents to offer, sell, or solicit specified insurance types (personal accident, liability, personal effects, roadside assistance, and emergency sickness protection) in connection with rental car rentals under the company's limited license.

Requires each limited license rental car company to conduct training programs for employees and authorized agents on the kinds of insurance specified and provide supervision for their insurance sales activities.

Amends sections 83-17-7, 83-17-55, 83-17-63, and 83-17-73 of Mississippi Code of 1972 to implement these provisions across multiple insurance licensing statutes.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
