Establishes the 2015 Mississippi Works Scholarship Pilot Program to provide last-dollar scholarships to CTE students enrolling at Mississippi public community or junior colleges.

Requires eligible students to be Mississippi residents with a 2.0 high school GPA, admitted to a community college, enrolled within 12 months of completing a secondary CTE program or military service, and enrolled full-time in approved programs (Energy, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Agriculture Business, Hospitality/Tourism, Information Technology, Construction, or Transportation/Logistics).

Participating students must maintain a 2.5 GPA each semester and cannot transfer the scholarship to another institution or to non-eligible programs.

Program operates for fall 2015 through spring 2017 semesters, with the Mississippi Community College Board required to evaluate and report results by September 1, 2016.

Program funding is contingent on legislative appropriations and shall automatically terminate July 1, 2017; any remaining funds shall lapse into the State General Fund.
