Amends Section 41-61-65 of Mississippi Code to require the State Medical Examiner to assign a competent forensic pathologist to cover the Second, Twelfth, Fifteenth, and Nineteenth Circuit Court Districts

Pathologist must be M.D. or D.O. certified in forensic pathology by the American Board of Pathology, unless no certified forensic pathologist is available within reasonable time

Designated pathologist may perform autopsies and postmortem examinations in addition to the State Medical Examiner

Takes effect July 1, 2015
