Amends Section 63-1-39 of the Mississippi Code to remove the requirement that the Commissioner of Public Safety's signature appear on a driver's license.

Removes the requirement that driver's license signatures be made "in ink," conforming to the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

Requires only the applicant's signature on a valid driver's license, eliminating the Commissioner's signature requirement.

Takes effect upon passage.
