Establishes salary schedules for Mississippi Highway Patrol and Bureau of Narcotics sworn officers effective January 1, 2016, with pay ranging from $38,000 for entry-level Troopers/Agents to $112,000 for Colonels

Provides experience-based pay increases at intervals of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and 29+ years of service, with salaries determined by rank and years of experience as of July 1 of each fiscal year

Maps specific State Personnel Board job classifications to each rank level for both Highway Patrol (Trooper through Colonel) and Bureau of Narcotics (LE-Agent I through Director)

Requires automatic adjustment to the salary scale in years when the Legislature enacts across-the-board salary increases for state General Fund agency employees

Directs the Department of Public Safety to provide data to the Legislative Budget Office and State Fiscal Officer to budget and distribute compensation funds for eligible sworn officers
