Amends Section 79-29-1203 of the Mississippi Code to delete the repeal clause that was scheduled for July 1, 2015 regarding limited liability company fees.

Maintains all existing fee structures for LLC filings, including $50 for certificate of formation/amendment/dissolution, $25 for name reservations and certificates of existence, and $250 for foreign LLC annual reports.

Allows the Secretary of State to promulgate rules reducing filing fees or offering discounts to encourage online filing and to provide expedited filing services for an additional reasonable fee.

Makes the fee provisions permanent by removing the sunset date that would have eliminated these LLC filing fees.
