Amends Mississippi Code Section 99-19-51 to keep the identities of all execution team members, lethal injection drug suppliers, and confidential witnesses permanently confidential and exempt from public records disclosure.

Prohibits knowingly disclosing the identity of any current or former execution team member, drug supplier, or confidential witness, with violators subject to civil liability for actual damages and punitive damages if willful.

Grants immunity from civil and criminal liability to execution team members, drug suppliers, and institutions participating in lawful executions acting in good faith.

Prevents licensing boards from censuring, reprimanding, suspending, revoking, or disciplining licensed professionals solely for participating in a lawful execution.

Makes information identifying execution team members or drug suppliers privileged and protected from discovery, subpoena, or legal compulsion to disclose, though other portions of records remain subject to disclosure unless separately protected by law.
