Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Transportation and Mississippi Department of Public Safety to enter into a memorandum of understanding regarding superload vehicles and vehicles regulated under Section 63-5-1 et seq.

Memorandum of understanding must clearly specify the responsibilities of each agency for managing superload vehicles and oversized/overweight vehicles.

Requires the memorandum to establish procedures for sharing information and coordination between the two agencies.

Takes effect upon passage.
