Removes the July 1, 2015 repeal date from Section 67-1-52, Mississippi Code of 1972, making the alcoholic beverage tasting and sampling provision permanent.

Authorizes package retailers to conduct tasting or sampling events at their place of business with prior written department approval, where consumers receive free samples of alcoholic beverages.

Establishes strict sampling limits: wine samples capped at 1.25 ounces per sample with maximum 5 ounces per person per event; distilled spirits capped at 0.25 ounces per sample with maximum 1 ounce per person per event.

Requires events to be cordoned off from point of sale, last no longer than 4 hours, restrict attendance to those 21 years or older, use only inventory purchased from department warehouse or licensed wholesalers, and limit retailers to one event per three-month period.

Requires retailers to maintain accurate accounting of beverages consumed and submit documentation to the department within 10 days of each event completion.
