Amends Section 27-65-111 of the Mississippi Code to exempt school supplies from sales taxation during a specific annual period.

Establishes a tax-free weekend for school supplies beginning at 12:01 a.m. on the last Friday in July and ending at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday.

Defines "school supplies" as an inclusive list of 40 items commonly used by students, including binders, notebooks, pencils, pens, paper, calculators, folders, markers, and textbooks.

Exemption applies only to items with a sales price under $100.00 per item; does not apply to clothing accessories, rental of school supplies, or certain footwear items like skates and roller blades.

Takes effect on July 1, 2015; allows municipalities to suspend the exemption within their corporate limits by adopting a resolution and notifying the Department of Revenue at least 90 days prior.
