Creates the position of "jurist-in-residence" funded from the Youth Court Support Fund to address youth court issues within the judicial branch.

Jurist-in-residence shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Supreme Court of Mississippi, reporting to the Administrative Office of Courts.

Amends Section 9-21-9 to require the Administrative Director of Courts to supervise the jurist-in-residence position.

Effective July 1, 2015.
