Authorizes the Department of Finance and Administration to purchase the former "Wright & Ferguson Funeral Home" property located within the Capitol Complex in Jackson, Hinds County, Mississippi.

Purchase price cannot exceed the fair market value determined by averaging two appraisals from qualified, licensed appraisers, with one selected by the Department of Finance and Administration.

State acquires all mineral rights in the property, which must be retained by the state in any future sale or lease agreements.

State must maintain the historical integrity of the property in consultation with the Department of Archives and History and agrees not to demolish the structural improvements on the property.

The Department of Finance and Administration may correct any discrepancies in the legal description of the property.
