Amends Section 65-7-1 of Mississippi Code to clarify that county boards of supervisors have jurisdiction over roads regardless of whether they were originally constructed as state highways.

Specifies that no road, whether originally constructed as a state highway or not, becomes part of the county road system unless the board of supervisors formally accepts it by action in its minutes and includes it in the official county road system record.

Effective July 1, 2015.
