Prohibits state and local agencies, departments, political subdivisions, and their agents or employees from planning, implementing, assisting, or cooperating with federal laws, rules, regulations, or orders created or effective on or after January 1, 2016 that ban or restrict semiautomatic firearms or firearm magazines.

Prohibits state and local entities from assisting with enforcement of federal requirements to register firearms, magazines, or firearm accessories.

Prohibits state and local entities from assisting with confiscation of firearms, magazines, or firearm accessories from law-abiding Mississippi citizens.

Prohibits state and local entities from assisting with seizure of privately owned real property without compensation based on international treaties or federal agency agreements.

Takes effect January 1, 2015.
