Department of Finance and Administration authorized to transfer approximately 1,780 acres of real property at Columbia Training School in Marion County to the Marion County Board of Supervisors, consisting of specified parcels north of Highway 44.

State of Mississippi retains all mineral rights to the transferred property.

Property conveyed without state assumption of liability for environmental defects; Marion County Board of Supervisors must indemnify the state for any damage, injury, or loss upon receiving the deed.

Marion County Board authorized to harvest and sell timber on the property, with revenue used to fund removal and containment of environmental defects, and any remaining revenue deposited into Marion County's general fund.
