Increases the clerk's fee in justice court for violations under Title 63 (traffic violations) other than driving under the influence or reckless driving from $5.00 to $25.00 when a defendant is convicted.

Maintains the $25.00 clerk's fee for all other criminal cases in justice court.

Allows justice courts to impose a fee not to exceed $50.00 for expungement or dismissal of any criminal affidavit, complaint, or charge.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
