Authorizes issuance of up to $500,000 in state general obligation bonds to provide matching funds for the Hugh White State Park/Lake Access Road Project (State Aid Project Number: STPD-1780-(B)-1) in Grenada County

Creates the "2015 Hugh White State Park/Lake Access Road Fund" within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds to the Office of State Aid Road Construction

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2019, and must mature within 25 years from date of issue

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi and are exempt from all state taxation

Any remaining funds after project completion or abandonment must be applied to pay debt service on the bonds
