• Changes the timing of run-off primary elections from three weeks to four weeks after the first primary election across multiple election types.

• Prohibits voters from participating in primary elections of different parties within 60 days of each other; voting in another party's run-off within 21 days of voting in a primary is made a misdemeanor.

• Extends deadlines for filing election contests from 20 to 30 days after certification of election results and permits liberal discovery of ballot boxes, voter registration records, and election records by parties in contested elections.
