Amends Mississippi Code Section 75-33-3 to exempt poultry producers from state regulations if they qualify for exemption under the federal Poultry Products Inspection Act and U.S. Department of Agriculture requirements.

Amends Mississippi Code Section 75-33-5 to prohibit the Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce from adopting state regulations for poultry producer exemptions that are more stringent than federal regulations under the Poultry Products Inspection Act.

Requires state regulations to remain consistent with federal rules and regulations of the United States Department of Agriculture governing businesses covered by the article.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
