• Attorney General may revise initiative measures for form, style, and substantive matters, with new language underlined and deleted language marked with asterisks

• Person filing the initiative may accept or reject the Attorney General's recommendations in whole or in part

• Person dissatisfied with Attorney General's revisions may appeal to circuit court in Hinds County's First Judicial District within five days, with court decision being final

• Full text of each initiative measure must be placed on the ballot in addition to the ballot title and summary

• Effective July 1, 2015
