Prohibits qualified health plans offered through federal exchanges administered by the federal government or its agencies within Mississippi from providing abortion coverage under the Affordable Care Act.

Prohibits the State and School Employees Health Insurance Plan from providing coverage or reimbursement for abortions.

Allows exceptions to the abortion coverage prohibitions when the mother's life is endangered by a physical disorder, illness, or injury caused by or arising from the pregnancy, or when the pregnancy results from an alleged act of rape or incest.

Requires physicians to maintain sufficient documentation in the medical record supporting medical necessity for any abortion performed under the permitted exceptions.

Takes effect upon passage.
