Authorizes the Town of Pope, Mississippi to enter into an interlocal agreement with Pope Courtland Water Association to enforce sewer payment collection

Allows the water association to terminate water service for customers who are 30 or more days delinquent on sewer charges owed to the Town of Pope

Requires the town to notify the association of delinquent customers, and the association must then disconnect their water service

Water service must be restored once the customer pays all delinquent sewer charges and associated fees

The Town of Pope must indemnify and hold harmless the water association against any claims or damages resulting from water disconnections under this agreement
