Appropriates $6,000,000 to the Department of Finance and Administration for fiscal years 2015-2016 to purchase property insurance on state property as required by the Stafford Act and federal regulations.

Appropriates $40,000,000 to the Office of the Governor-Division of Medicaid for fiscal year 2015 to support operations of the division.

Appropriates $66,000 to the State Board of Accountancy for fiscal years 2015-2016 to cover cost overages from implementing a new licensing system.

Funds are drawn from the General Fund and State Board of Accountancy fund as appropriate, with payment by State Treasurer upon warrants issued by the State Fiscal Officer.

Takes effect upon passage through June 30, 2015, except Sections 1 and 3 which extend through June 30, 2016.
