Appropriates $339,665.00 from the State General Fund for the Commission on Judicial Performance for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016).

Appropriates an additional $294,000.00 from the State Treasury to the credit of the Commission on Judicial Performance for the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 5 permanent full-time positions for the Commission on Judicial Performance.

Requires the Commission to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2015, and to submit fiscal year 2017 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
