Appropriates $2,215,988.00 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016).

Authorizes 14 permanent full-time positions for the board.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2015, and to submit fiscal year 2017 budget requests in comparable format.

Prohibits use of general funds to replace withdrawn federal or special funds previously used for authorized salaries.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
