Appropriates $9,578,641.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for fiscal year 2016 (July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016).

Authorizes $8,276,477.00 in special source funds including subscription fees from the Market Bulletin and admission fees from the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum.

Authorizes 230 permanent full-time positions, 2 permanent part-time positions, 19 time-limited full-time positions, and 0 time-limited part-time positions.

Appropriates $1,100,000.00 for the Beaver Control Program, with $650,000.00 from Mississippi Department of Transportation and private fees, and $200,000.00 from the State Forestry Commission.

Allocates $30,000.00 for the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Pilot Program serving seniors 60 years and older at 130% of poverty level, and $20,000.00 for Fair Commission County Livestock Shows prize money.
