Appropriates $61,911.00 from the State General Fund for annual roundup shows for junior exhibitors of livestock and goats.

Appropriates $24,542.00 to supplement livestock premiums at the State Fair and $18,384.00 for county livestock shows, with a maximum of $1,000.00 per county.

Appropriates $62,458.00 for five district livestock shows and $11,958.00 for five state dairy shows, requiring at least 75% of funds be awarded to 4-H Club members and Smith-Hughes School members.

Appropriates $17,509.00 for Mississippi High School Rodeo promotion and $50,000.00 for the NCHA Eastern National Championship, with additional allocations of $22,000.00 and $20,000.00 for various livestock events for fiscal year 2016.
