Appropriates $599,002.00 from the State Treasury to the Governor's office for operational expenses during the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 34 permanent full-time positions, 1 permanent part-time position, and 7 time-limited full-time positions for the Governor's office and staff.

Appropriates $547,455.00 for expenses related to the operation of the Governor's Mansion and residence, with authorization for 4 permanent full-time positions.

Reappropriates $75,000.00 in Budget Contingency Funds from Fund 61107 for additional expenses of the Governor's Office and Governor's Mansion.
