Authorizes Bolivar County Board of Supervisors to receive competitive bids and enter into construction contracts for four specific road and bridge projects: Bridge Replacement on Hiter Road over Big Bradford Bayou (Project No. LSBP 6(12)), Bridge Replacement on Murphree Road over Hushpukena River (Project No. LSBP 6(14)), Bridge Replacement on Sunrise Drive over Lead Bayou (Project No. LSBP 6(15)), and Crosby Road Expansion (Project No. SAP 6(48)).

Authorizes the Board of Supervisors to receive competitive bids and enter into construction contracts to reopen eight bridges that were closed on or about February 2, 2015, following the county's annual bridge inspection.

Permits the Board of Supervisors to enter into contracts for any length of time regardless of whether the contracts extend beyond 30 days from the termination and end of the board members' terms of office.
