Extends the initial term for Jackson County appointees to the Mississippi Gulf Coast Regional Convention and Visitors Bureau from two years to three years

Provides Jackson County additional time to identify and commit appropriate sources of tourism funding as determined by the bureau

Hancock County appointees retain the original two-year initial term to secure comparable tourism funding

If either county fails to enact funding sources comparable to those in the chapter by the end of their initial term, that county's seats on the bureau will expire

Subsequent appointments for both counties, if funding is secured, will follow staggered terms of one, three, and five years, with all future terms being five years
