Recognizes Oak Grove High School Theatre Department's achievements under Director Suzanne Allmon since 1996, including 8 state championships and 19 superior ratings at Mississippi Theatre Association competitions

Acknowledges the program has represented Mississippi at the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC) 9 times—more than any other school in the state—winning Best Production in 2008 for "Tales of Trickery"

Commends the department's international recognition at the Fringe Festival in Edinburgh, Scotland, where they sold out all performances as one of the only U.S. high schools to participate

Notes the program won the State Theatre for Youth Festival championship in 2007, 2009, 2011, and 2015, more than any other Mississippi school
