Amends Joint Rule 40 of the Mississippi Legislature to delay the deadline for original floor action on appropriation and revenue bills originating in the same house by one legislative day.

For 90-day sessions, moves the deadline from the 51st day to the 52nd day; for 125-day sessions, moves from the 86th day to the 87th day (with special 2015 notation for 52nd and 87th days in that year's regular session).

Also delays the deadline for reconsideration and passage of appropriation and revenue bills by one day (52nd to 53rd day in 90-day sessions; 87th to 88th day in 125-day sessions).

Delays the deadline to dispose of motions to reconsider appropriation and revenue bills by one day (53rd to 56th day in 90-day sessions for 2015; 88th to 89th day in 125-day sessions).

Changes require approval by two-thirds vote of both houses present and voting to deviate from the legislative schedule.
