Columbia National "Bomb Squad" defeated West Robeson 11-6 on August 14, 2014, in Lexington, South Carolina to win the Dixie Youth Majors World Series.

First Mississippi team since 1992 to win the championship and only the 4th team from Mississippi to ever win the title.

Compiled a perfect 6-0 record at the World Series while maintaining a two-year undefeated record of 39-0, outscoring opponents 527-88 overall.

Set new World Series records with 83 runs scored and tied the record with 21 home runs in a series.

Senate and House commend and congratulate the team, coaches Paul Pace and Drew Foxworth, and 13 named players for bringing honor to Columbia and Mississippi.
