Recognizes Pearl River County's Team Chaos (FRC Team 1421), a 13-year veteran robotics team based in Picayune, Mississippi, led by instructors Maureen Pollitz and Michelle Carter with engineer mentors from Aerojet Rocketdyne and NASA.

Acknowledges the Nicholson Project, a collaboration between Team Chaos and elementary students from Nicholson that participated in the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow Contest, achieving Top 15 ranking nationally and eligibility to win $2 million in Samsung technology.

Recognizes Team Chaos's extensive community involvement including science camps, open houses, and participation in local school events to promote science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education.

Lists Team Chaos's numerous competitive awards from 2004-2014, including 2010 FIRST Championship Curie Division Finalist status, multiple regional winners and finalists, and multiple specialty awards for creativity, safety, and team spirit.

Directs that this resolution be presented to Team Chaos sponsors, forwarded to the State Board of Education, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
