Congratulates Hope Roberts, marketing instructor and DECA Advisor at Poplarville High School, for receiving the 2015 District V DECA Advisor of the Year and Mississippi Association of Marketing Educators Awards announced February 20, 2015.

Recognizes DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) as a student-driven organization founded in 1946 that has impacted over 10 million students and prepares leaders in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management.

Notes the Mississippi Marketing Educator of the Year Award, established in 1986, recognizes superior achievement in marketing education based on classroom performance, student advising, publications, and advancement of the marketing education field.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Hope Roberts, forwarded to Poplarville High School's principal and school board, and provided to the Capitol Press Corps.
