Recognizes the career and service of advertising executive Jackie M. Lett upon her retirement as President of the Mississippi Association of Broadcasting after 30 years of service.

Jackie previously worked as Media Director for The Godwin Group and Larry Painter & Associates Advertising Agencies in Jackson, Mississippi, and as Media Buyer for Kinro Advertising in Atlanta, Georgia.

Jackie was the first woman elected President of the Jackson Advertising Federation in 1976 and received the Ad Federation Silver Medal in 1991.

Jackie served as Past President of the National Alliance of State Broadcaster Associations (NASBA) in 1989 and Past President of the Mississippi Society of Association Executives (MSAE) in 1990, receiving their Outstanding Executive Member Award in 2005.

Resolution directs that the recognition be presented to Jackie Lett, forwarded to the Mississippi Association of Broadcasting, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
